Privacy & legal notice

This information describes how this personal portfolio currently works. Last updated: September 2, 2026.

Site owner

This site is owned by Camilo Villanueva, Argentina. For questions about the portfolio, privacy or use of its content, you can email hola@camilovillanueva.com.

Privacy policy

This site has no forms, user accounts or advertising. It uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate, cookie-free measurement: it records visits and page views without persistent identifiers, visitor profiles or tracking across websites. The email link opens your email application outside this site. If you choose to write, the information you include —such as your name, email address and message— will only be processed to respond to your inquiry, consider a potential collaboration and maintain the corresponding professional relationship.

The hosting infrastructure may log technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP address, browser type, date, time and requested path. This data is managed under the infrastructure provider’s terms and security measures.

Messages are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to address the inquiry, maintain the professional relationship or meet legal obligations. Personal data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.

Your data rights

You may request access to, updating, correction or deletion of the personal data you have submitted, in accordance with Argentine Law 25,326. To exercise these rights, email the address above and specify your request. Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority and receives inquiries and complaints about personal data protection. You can find its official contact channels at argentina.gob.ar/aaip.

Cookies and language preference

This portfolio does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Its audience measurement service, Vercel Web Analytics, works without cookies or persistent identifiers.

On your first visit, the site uses the language preference sent by your browser, without checking your location. When you choose ES or EN, a cookie named portfolio-language stores only the value es or en for up to one year. It remembers your choice across pages and visits; it contains no personal identifier and is not used for tracking. You can change the language using the selector or delete the preference in your browser’s cookie settings. If your browser blocks storage, switching still works on the current page, but the choice may not be remembered on your next visit.

The hosting provider may use cookies or mechanisms strictly necessary for security, access and technical operation. If non-essential technologies are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

Changes and applicable law

This information may be updated when the site, its tools or applicable regulations change. It is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will first be sought through direct contact.
